1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://22bed.app in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder, a visitor browsing the site, or a player actively using any game or betting service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 22bed employee, where participation in real-money play would represent a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 22bed platform or been subject to a permanent account ban.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your specific jurisdiction.

22bed applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. Players may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other documentation at any point during their account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.

Underage gambling is illegal and actively prevented by 22bed. 3. Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information required: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must notify 22bed promptly of any changes to your registered details, particularly your contact email address and payment information.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 22bed will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Suspicious activity: If you believe your 22bed account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 22bed support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 22bed will investigate and take appropriate protective measures.

22bed reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any account that is found to have been opened in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22bed platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 22bed account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside of business hours may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC requirement for withdrawals: 22bed reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays until satisfactory documents are provided.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of third-party payment methods, stolen cards, or fraudulently obtained funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in BDT. 22bed does not apply currency conversion fees for Bangladeshi Taka transactions.

22bed reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any transaction that is flagged by our fraud prevention systems or that does not comply with these Terms. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a player's account, 22bed will correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds regardless of whether the player has wagered those funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22bed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and arcade titles may have different contribution percentages. The eligible game list and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless 22bed explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain bonus offers carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: 22bed monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated play designed to exploit a promotion. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

22bed reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn will have their wagering requirements honoured under the original terms, provided those terms were met in good faith.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 22bed. Specific game rules for individual titles (slots, live casino, Plinko, Crash, cricket betting) are available within each game or market on the platform.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing before any bet is placed.
• Bet confirmation: A bet or game round is only considered valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 22bed platform. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirming placement.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round or bet settlement, 22bed will investigate using server-side logs. The platform's server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and shall prevail over any client-side display in the event of a discrepancy.
• Obvious errors: Any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price (for sports markets) or clearly incorrect payout multiplier (for casino games) due to a technical fault will be voided. 22bed reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player.
• Cricket betting: All cricket markets (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers) are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match abandonment, forfeit, or no result, in accordance with specific market rules displayed on the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 22bed platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one player account on 22bed under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 22bed platform or any game for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-driven betting systems, or any other software tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the 22bed platform.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players or any restricted area of the platform infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22bed staff or other players via any communication channel including the live chat support system.
• Using the 22bed platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling as permitted by these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

22bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of multiple account operation.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, where the account balance is zero.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 22bed's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their 22bed account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and code on the 22bed platform are the intellectual property of 22bed or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 22bed platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the 22bed platform content in any medium without prior written authorisation from 22bed.
• The right to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any 22bed software or content.
• The right to use any 22bed trademark, logo, or brand name in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• The right to frame or embed 22bed content within third-party websites or applications without prior written authorisation.

Game titles, studio names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), and associated branding are the intellectual property of their respective owners. 22bed uses these titles under licence and makes no claim of ownership over third-party provider content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bed and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 22bed platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes (wins and losses are an inherent feature of betting and gaming activity).

• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond 22bed's reasonable control, including acts of nature, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

In all cases, 22bed's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

22bed collects and processes personal data about its players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and platform usage. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 22bed Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://22bed.app/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key commitments regarding your data include:

• All data transmitted between your device and the 22bed platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
• 22bed does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.

Closing your account following a Terms update does not affect any obligations already accrued between you and 22bed prior to the amendment.
